 24 Hour Rush Service and Art Requirements

24 Hour Rush Service Requirements
• Purchase order must be clearly marked “24 Hour Rush.” It will ship two working days after receipt of complete order and acceptable artwork. Example: An order received by 1:00 PM Friday will ship Monday by end of the day.

• Purchase order and acceptable art must be received by 1:00 PM Central Time. For orders received by 1:00 PM, an order confirmation will be faxed by 5:00 PM the same day. If received after 1:00 PM, the order will be considered as received the next day.

• A complete order includes item, color, quantity, imprint instructions and shipping information.

• Art Requirements – Please see “24 Hour Rush” art requirements below for details, or call customer service if you need personal assistance. Art must be submitted via email and must be received by 1:00 PM Central Time.

• One–color imprint, in one location only.

• Your request for the “24 Hour Rush” service constitutes your acceptance of the entire order without approving an art proof or an imprinted sample.

• “24 Hour Rush” is available for catalog quantities only.

• Subject to inventory availability and approved credit.

* See the individual product price grids for 24 Hour Rush Service availability and pricing. 24 Hour Rush Service includes production time only (not including weekends or holidays) – it does not include shipping time. Order will be shipped by regular ground service unless otherwise specified on the purchase order. If a quicker method is required, airfreight must be authorized.

24 Hour Rush Art Requirements
• Emailed artwork only.
• Typesetting is not available for "24 Hour Rush" production. All files must be print ready.
• All text must be converted to outlines.
• Email or paper proofs are not available with "24 Hour Rush" production.
• A $10.00 resubmission fee applies if emailed art files are submitted more than once.
• All files are checked with Flightcheck pre-flight software.
• Small registers/trademarks with fine lines may appear as a dot on product.
• If imprint color is not specified on P.O., stock color that most closely matches submitted artwork will be used.
• Artwork will be sized as large as possible or at our designer’s discretion for visual appeal unless otherwise noted on P.O.
• Halftones are not available.

5-7 Day Standard Production Time
Standard production time is approximately 5-7 business days, on most items, after receipt of complete order (and acceptable artwork), for established credit accounts. Additional time may be necessary if art proofs are required or if imprinting in more than one color or location. Allow extra time for orders in excess of catalog quantities.
